Assistant Community Sales Manager New Home Sales
The Assistant Community Sales Manager is responsible for staffing a beautiful, professionally decorated model home in Augusta, WV or Ridgeley, WV. They are also responsible for greeting visitors, demonstrating the home and its features, and providing information about the community, the homes, and Gemcraft Homes. The Assistant Community Sales Manager is responsible for follow up with prospects and communicating with current buyers throughout the process. Training will be provided. This position requires weekend availability with hours 10am-5pm Saturday and Sunday in addition to 3 days during the week. Must have reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full Time (weekends are required)

Required Skills
High level computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word).
