Responsible for reading design specifications, coordinating with teams in the US, leading a local team in RTL design and implementation including synthesis, formal verification, gate-level simulations, static timing analysis vector generation and post-silicon validation

Skills: -Hardware or software experience in mobile or wireless communication design is required -Knowledge of CDMA2000 and UMTS terminal architecture and protocol is required -Have good cross-functional team communication and management skills -Frequent customer visit is required -Excellent written and verbal English skill
